GDPR Compliance
At AGS we take information security extremely seriously. Payroll data security is at the heart of everything we do. We work in conjunction with our IT and Data Encryption partners to ensure our data is fully GDPR compliant, secure and safe when being stored here or being transmitted between us and you.
As a result, AGS offer the following options to secure data transferred between you and AGS:
- Storage Made Easy Drop Box – This email/file encryption software is simple and free for you to use and ensures the transfer of electronic data between you and us is secure and GDPR compliant. You simply drop your files into your individual password protected Drop Box and we download it securely. Once we have processed your payroll, we return the Payroll Reports in another dedicated Drop Box that you access via a password protected URL that we send to you
- Sage Portal – This portal allows AGS to upload payslips and P60s so that your employees can securely access their payslips and P60’s at a time of their choosing. Their payslips remain in the Sage Portal so if they ever need to refer to historic payslips they can download them whenever they wish
